Luke got up the other night and when Ryan went to the bottom of the stairs he found him standing in all of his winter gear. He couldn't see anything because his goggles were so fogged up. Apparently his fan was making him cold! We couldn't resist taking a picture.

Reagan and I happened to be dressed alike this week. It wasn't intentional, but Ryan thought it was great photo opportunity. Reagan, always the observant one, commented, "I have a little white shirt, Mom, and you have a big white shirt." Thanks for the reminder, Reagan!!

Lazy Days of Summer....almost!

This past Sunday was super hot and muggy. Luke has been begging to get the swimming pool out for weeks now, so we compromised and put the sprinkler out instead. The kids had a great time cooling off. I would have loved to join them, but I didn't need any gawking neighbors!

Here we go...

I'm going to jump on the bandwagon and start a blog of my own. I haven't been able to do much e-mailing lately and I'm pretty sure things are just going to get crazier in a few weeks, so hopefully this will help me keep in touch! May has been busy with Tulip Time in Pella and Orange City. Ryan and I didn't make it to Orange City's this year, but Luke and Reagan got to fly in Grandpa Mike's airplane and spend some time there with Grandpa and Grandma by themselves. They had a great time! I asked Luke if he missed us, and he truthfully replied "no!"
